Still people kicking me out of UT

I've paid 30k to do 2 drafts and each time I have been kicked out from kick-off leaving me to lose my 15k and get 0 wins in draft this has been going on for the last couple FC's its mostly been happening recently not when it was FIFA I'm genuinely getting sick of this game for this reason. Please fix this because it isn't fun rewarding other players for getting further in a draft using this method.
