Team Management issue during pause or mid game (PC)

I'm experiencing the same issue. Since the latest update, I've played over 10 Rivals matches, and in 2 of them I couldn't control my players at all. I reported both players through the EA app.

In the most recent match, I was unable to make any changes to my squad no substitutions, no tactical adjustments. The game has become incredibly unstable after the update.

On top of that, defensive gameplay feels completely broken it's like an open highway. (Granted, maybe I'm just not very good, but even in pro level matches we're seeing over 10 goals per game, which says something.)

5 days still have this  issue. no update to fix this, as i told, I'm not sure this is "NEW FEATURE" of FC26 to not allow change substitute or plan or do something in mid game. if it's right please tell me how to turn off this features.

btw I just sarcasm. I know this is not a feature it's a "**bleep**ING REAL BUG" 100%, I wanna be good player and your customer then please be good publisher Just **bleep**ing FIX THIS PLEASE.

I'm having the same issue can't access to team management in game what so ever. Also my players aren't following the commands I send from the controller; they get stuck running in one direction or I can't switch players. After a while, they return to normal, but I've usually lost the ball and conceded a goal. What is causing these errors? How can we fix them? 

Btw it's not caused by my controllers I tried with both and got the same issue.

14 days pass and still have same bug problem.
