Team sheets not working

I've been playing fc 26 in my free time pretty much for the last month or 2 and ive never had a issue where I cant do anything. I made a custom line up with my favorite team but thats gone back to default and I literally cannot switch a player. As one example in my manager career save I have an injured player and I cant switch him for his sub on team sheets or anywhere. Everything was perfectly fine and hoping you can provide a update feature to fix all this cuz I cant play in any of my saves or create new tactics for different players pairing.
