Please watch the videos I will send you and see for yourself what kind of torment you’ve put me through! I play this game just to have fun, but you never allow that!

For an entire weekend, I couldn't enter ‘squad management’ to change players or tactics. As if that wasn’t enough, you even forced me to play the game on the radar screen! On that screen, even the buttons didn’t work properly — not even the directional buttons! The problems you’re causing never end! In the end, you’re going to make me quit a game I only started playing this year! Then you can feel happy about it!
