Twitch drops from fc pro open finals not received

Hello,

I haven't received the packs that I claimed 4 days ago for watching fc pro open finals, is this a bug or it is intended from EA in order to not give them during the toty promo :) ?

Is this even legal to do this ? Promising a rewards/drop for watching a content and not giving it ?

I learned my lessons, not buying another fifa, doing whatever i can to prevent my friends from buying it and to apologize for making them watch the live stream by promising them rewards for their account and more chances to pack a toty. We all losed 1h but we will not lose more money in any ea games.
