Unable to enter rush matches with friends

I have been trying load into rush matches with friends and i am unable to do so. In our party of 4 the other 3 can queue together no problem and play but whenever i join we cannot find a match. We keep getting unable to find teammates error. We have tried disabling and reenabling the cross play settings. We have tried different hosts and nothing seems to fix the problem. I have also tried on other networks. I can queue into solo rush matches no problem. We cannot seem to find a solution for this problem so if there is one out there, any info would be appreciated
