When will this issue be resolved? FAILED TO LOAD. Retry/Cancel

I reached out 5 times to fix this, and finally somebody helped me to troubleshoot this today, I've tried on my own using youtube tutorials, but nothing worked, I've had this issue for almost a week now.

The person from EA support asked me to report this Bug here, I hope the managers see this, because I'm really exhausted of explaining and following up, etc... I use PC/ Steam
