Why does my game always freezes up immediately i finish?

I have been playing FIFA for more than 10 months now but recently like last week it has happened one or twice before the past times I do not worry about it but recently especially last week and the week before last week I noticed that anytime I am playing then I see a triangle at the bottom of the screen rolling if you can use precise location, you should be able to see that five people play games at this location on five different console, but whenever I see this triangle at the bottom of the screen, whenever the game is done, it is calculated as a loss for me even if I win and I have to disconnect even if I wait one hour it’s just keep rolling. I’ve lost 14 rivals matches  last week. And also 3 champs one from this week two from last week please can you compensate me for all of this because it’s break's me mental I’m not asking money compensation. I’m asking maybe just compensate me in any way you can or you should just fix my game to be bugs free
