How is the no loss glitch still not fixed this late into the game cycle?
I’ve been playing your football titles since 2002, and I’ve never seen something this game-breaking go unaddressed for this long. I stopped playing for a month due to frustration, came back, and immediately ran into the exact same exploit multiple times in a single session.
Here’s what just happened:
- Winning 5–0 at halftime → opponent freezes the game → I disconnect → match erased
- Winning 7–0 in the 70th minute → same glitch → match erased
- Winning 3–0 at halftime → same thing again
This is not random. This is a repeatable exploit that players are actively abusing to avoid losses.
Let’s be clear:
- There is zero competitive integrity if players can quit without taking a loss
- There is no incentive to play Champs or Rivals if wins can be wiped out
- This has been happening all year, with no visible enforcement or fix
At this point, it feels like this issue is either being ignored or not taken seriously. Players are wasting hours of their time only to have matches nullified by cheaters with no consequences.
If this isn’t addressed soon — whether through a patch, detection system, or actual punishment for abusers — you will continue losing long-time, loyal players.
What is being done about this? Is there any fix coming?
Because right now, there is no reason to take competitive modes seriously.
