Win not registering after opponent rage-quit in Champs
This is a crucial bug. Imagine winning your game, but your opponent rage-quits mid-match — and you don’t get the win. You’re forced to replay the match in Champs, which basically means you’re being robbed of a deserved victory.
This issue doesn’t seem to come from the player’s end, but rather from the server, game system, or anti-cheat.
I’ve attached a video showing the issue: I start the game at 4-2, clearly in a winning position. My opponent rage-quits, and I’m sent back to the main menu — similar to what happens when you first open FC26 after booting up. The news pop-up appears, but when you close it, you’re still on the Champs menu, meaning you weren’t even disconnected. Despite this, my record still shows 4-2 instead of 5-2.
This last part isn’t directly related to the bug, but personally, I think rage-quits should count as a forfeit and automatically grant the win to the player who was leading.
