Game Freezing

I have a similar problem on the PS5 and have already tried the steps you mentioned. No success. As soon as I start a club game 6vs6 or any other match, the game freezes in some situation and I can't do anything anymore. 😭

I suspect it is a server problem in my region.

I get spinning EA icon in top right corner and I can't resume the game after the 1st intermission. Same issue 3 times in a row. Fun to play the same game 3 times in Franchise mode lol. I think this takes the cake for the most glitchy game EA ever released. So rushed.

Does your whole system lock up? Also, does the same thing happen on a different account?

I did the factory reset, it still locks up???

You can try a factory reset. We haven't announced the next patch yet. Recent patches haven't addressed this since it's not an issue we're aware of. So far, I haven't seen other reports of this.

Switched teams, same result. Factory reset? Was there a patch coming out today? Or was it yesterday?

Can you try different teams in Play Now?

I tried the Initial Florida vs Edmonton. Lock up. I can go through the menus, change rosters, etc. as soon the gameplay or animations start it locks up. 

I see you've tried practice mode. What other modes are causing this?

Also, are you always choosing the same team? If so, can you try a different one?

Did that, redownload the game. It still locks up the Xbox. I have to manually restart the console. Any other ideas? Thanks
