Can you try different teams in Play Now?

Switched teams, same result. Factory reset? Was there a patch coming out today? Or was it yesterday?

You can try a factory reset. We haven't announced the next patch yet. Recent patches haven't addressed this since it's not an issue we're aware of. So far, I haven't seen other reports of this.

I did the factory reset, it still locks up???

Does your whole system lock up? Also, does the same thing happen on a different account?

I get spinning EA icon in top right corner and I can't resume the game after the 1st intermission. Same issue 3 times in a row. Fun to play the same game 3 times in Franchise mode lol. I think this takes the cake for the most glitchy game EA ever released. So rushed.

I have a similar problem on the PS5 and have already tried the steps you mentioned. No success. As soon as I start a club game 6vs6 or any other match, the game freezes in some situation and I can't do anything anymore. 😭

I suspect it is a server problem in my region.

I tried clearing the MAC  address also, changing HDMI ports , tried setting up the Xbox  to offline(actually got to play about a minute before it bricked up). Not a great experience.

This is an issue we're aware of and investigating. Do you happen to be using shareplay with someone? 

Is your console in a well ventilated location with the vents free of any dirt and debris? This is sounding more like a hardware issue.
