I did not receive my 84 Hughes pack in HUT despite pre ordering before September 13th. I contacted support and they didn’t have any answers for me. Extremely disappointing paying 100 dollars for a game I’ve always loved and not getting the perks that I paid extra for.

Hello. Was the game purchased on the same account you're playing on? If you're gamesharing, only the account that made the purchase will get the pre-order content.
If that's not the issue, open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here so they can investigate this.I opened a case and they told me to “wait patiently for it to be resolved.” I need to know how I can escalate this situation. At this point I’m extremely frustrated with how I’ve been treated by EA and I’m looking for either a refund, or the pack that I paid EXTRA for.
I was told the same thing and now I can’t even contact support to further inquire about maybe an eta on a resolution for this
The chat option is an infinite loop. It's consumer unfriendly. EA should be fined and shut down.
It's a bug that they are not fixing.
Support will not help you.
I disputed my credit card transaction. You should do the same.
