Unfortunately, we haven't been able to reproduce this issue. Without that, we won't be able to get it resolved.

I'm glad you got this resolved. It's unfortunate it meant buying a new console though. I have a friend on my WoC club that has had no issues with his Series S so far, but it does seem the Series S consoles have more issues than Series X. Regardless, hopefully, we can get this reproduced and addressed in the future.

I resolved the issue by buying the xbox x. No clue why the series s did this but haven't had any issues with the x

I resolved my issue by buying the xbox x. I have no idea why the series s is having the issue but since getting the x I have never had the issue since.

Hi there. Can you get me a video of this? Please publish it through your console or put it up on YouTube and respond with a link. Thanks!

I just tried another account and still froze on me. no dust or anything in the console. thinking I might as well delete it for good. I have tried everything

Does your console have any dust and debris in the vents?
Unfortunately, we haven't been able to find out exactly what is causing this for some of you. Have you tried using a different account to see if it still occurs?

series s and the xbox has been in a well ventilated area. just started out of no where

Without knowing everything you've tried, we'll need to go through troubleshooting. Are you on a Series X or S? Also, is your console in a well ventilated area with the vents free of debris?
