Endless black loading screen regardless of device.

Ok I'm going to try and give as detailed as I can possibly remember description of what happened

I was grinding a rail near the hedge mount skate store and my character glitched and then fell under the map. The character quickly reloaded but the character textures were messed up and my body was invisible and my clothes were floating. So to fix it I did a quick travel to a nearby spot and my character didn't load and I was able to do a cave man and grabs tricks and got point for doing so but couldn't get anything to load. I then quit the game and tried to jump back in now it's just and endless black screen after I get past the initial loading screen. This is issue is on all of my devices. 

My PC, Xbox Ally X and both my xbox series s and xbox series s.

Love this game just wish I could play again with my friends on my account.
