Frequent FPS Drop

Whenever I switched my graphics from Low to Medium +, every 5-6 minutes my fps just tanks snd drops to around 5-6 for a few seconds then will keep doing that until I switch it back, it’s so insufferable and unplayable and I tried EVERYTHING such as reinstalling, disabling controller drivers, updating GPU drivers, constant game restarting etc. My specs are: RTX 4060, Ryzen 7 5800x3D, 32GB RAM.
