Game-Breaking Server Progression Bug: Level 10 Shows 0, Everything Locked

Returning player from Beta and this is still so bad unfortunately all I wanna do is play the game the right way by leveling up not just spent hours spinning and freaking circles for no reason beside it fee riding its  completely ridiculous grinding out all the same missions that have been the same since season one in season 4 as the only way to level up, after the 2 hours of missions. but beside the point now you’re not even gonna get score. It seems like it’s a sync issue. I connected to my Xbox for the first time it gave me all the achievements and then now it never let me get any access. I was level nine out of 10 and it says 0 on all areas making it pointless to play and blocking unlocks. I was 10 now I can’t access any boxes with 10,000 rip chips to spend that I can’t freaking use. And all my progress is being gate, kept by the fact that I can’t level up. I come back to this game after months of setting it down because of frustrations and then to pick it up with even more frustrations I can’t even level up. It’s worse as I spent three hours before even realizing that none of my progress was being counted and wasted an entire day of daily refresh since your hard capped to whatever activities are beat once and give nothing after it’s super frustrating but again that’s your game design, but if you’re gonna make it thats the only way to level up, it’s gotta be fixed. It’s ridiculous at this point. It’s been happening for over a month for most people. We can’t even access the content that took us over  50 hours of I’m waiting for your daily resets throughout months just to get access but still not enough chips from the same activities that leveled you up is beyond ridiculous but now you can’t even spend the chips. You can’t even use the systems at your designing. It’s an entire break in the game. I don’t even wanna play the game there’s no point in playing the game when it’s broken and you can’t level up and you can’t spend any of the currency you get. Preferably I would like a fix so I can play the game because I spent a hundred of dollars on this crappy micro transaction system since the launch of the game. Just so I can access new parts of the map. It’s ridiculous access system and then you’re gonna completely steal it away from us after we paid for it and remove it from the game instead of a traditional DLC where we paid five to $10 and it’s an added part of the game forever. It’s **bleep**. All for a new part of the map that let’s face it should’ve been here since lunch. This is not a review. I mean it’s just fact and needs fixing if you guys actually wanna have a large enough player base to have online it’s frustrating only finding people in that one small area that’s gonna disappear in 30 days after you paid five to $10 for it which again is more than 15% of the game cost be realistic with us guys. Then on top of all of that, I re-buy more stuff so I can just access new parts of your game fine but then not level up after you spend money like come on guys you’re gonna drop a $50 DLC that is ONLY cosmetics with limited time access to an area come on, to place you can’t even level up in the game. This is really starting to shift over the game pass Microsoft terrible game territory. I really hope you guys step it up before this launch, and really try to fix a lot of these problems so we can have more fun and more players.Thank for working hard and trying to fix the systems I know a lot of the developers want to but corporate greed won’t allow it. I appreciate you bringing us a new skate game with new twists.But please do not rebuttal me with some crappy fix do this idea I’ve tried everything in the game it needs fixed some reply do this is not gonna work cause that is only gonna make me more frustrated. Just update the game and please make sure it’s in the July update because no one will be playing your game if it’s not it’s pointless. It’s literally unplayable since you can’t unlock rewards in any other way other than your completely random gambling lottery system of boxes tied to your weekly reset days spending weeks just to get enough rip chips to buy a couple boxes to not get anything you want and you can’t play the game to have progress unlocked cosmetics so it feels extremely unfair and unrewarding to me to have a psychologist design some pictures and sound to try to make me excited about nothing from opening a box when I wanted something completely different but there’s less than a 5% chance until I grind the **bleep** out of the box and level it up by 5 to 10% every time if you actually getting what I want, which is a complete slap in the face to all skate players and in the new release you should at least have some unlikable content based off of progress so people can flex skill, not money again I understand your catering to the 5 to 10% of the whales that purchase everything like Fortnite but still long-term fans that hate this model are still willing to play the game and pay because I enjoy skate, grew up on skate two and three and enjoy to relax. But by having to make skate 4 a second job to unlock anything and then having it get all blocked by bugs, makes it so problematic because of all of the systems I listed on top of that  I will not play the game. If you cannot physically obtain progress I might as well go play a sandbox game that resets daily and has no levels and tracking. Why do I complete daily challenges if it doesn’t give you levels it’s so broken and again I mentioned a much larger broken game design, but the real problem is nobody can progress and feels like the developers kind of care, but don’t really care at all and then the overall corporation of EA is just giving everyone the finger by designing this the way they did and then trying to blame modern gaming. EA is supposed to be the standard of  AAA set a new standard, be the outliers and not the corporate monsters that eat their player base give us a game to love and people would stop hating on your development team and your company but when
you build systems like this, a three year-old can see through them. I really wish I could enjoy skate with friends again, but nobody will play this game with me because of where you guys have left. It’s so far in a bottomless pit that I don’t know if a 1.0 release will even fix this. If you read it to the end, thank you again it’s just all supposed to be positive feedback and I don’t like leaving reviews because they don’t change **bleep** and I don’t like hating on the game. I don’t wanna hate on the game. I just want you guys to make a proper game that functions, and that tried to exploit all of the problems to the whole world just to you and maybe you guys will listen. Maybe you won’t. Maybe this is a complete pointless. This is just my only attempt I’m trying to fix what I thought is one of the best franchises that was completely thrown in the garbage. Again, I’m not asking for a remake and hundreds of licenses to get a game through just a high-quality game not free to play MMO that’s garbage. If you’re looking at my picture, you probably read it this far. Every single place on my map looks just like this. I’m not gonna post three screenshotsof the same thing every part of my map is un accessible saying level zero this must be fixed because the game is not playable.
