Hello sir, after 2 hours of searching I’ve found the answer.
Step 1:Press windows+r or search “run” on task barStep 2: Type in “regedit” and press enter. at this point you will be in the registry and you will look for the folder that says “HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE”, follow that path through the folders titled “software”, “microsoft”, “directx”, “shadercache”
Step 3: Right click on the blank portion on the right of the screen under (Default). Click new, then click “QWORD(64bit) Value” and then name it “AdapterLuid” without the quotation marks. Exit this window and open up the EA app
Step 4: Launch skate. And have fun in San Van !!!

The stated fix did not work for me either (ROG Ally X)
edit: nvm yes it did but I get the infinite loading bug now

Hello, I don't have a folder named “Shadercache” in the path: “Software,” “Microsoft,” “DirectX,” “Shadercache.”

Problem still here. This is 3 months old post. I have different specs so thats probably why. This has to be fixed.
