Game crashes right after launch Steam FIX

For the people on Steam who can launch the game but the game crashes right after i found a fix, so verifying the intergrity of game files wont fix the the issue because it only replaces the 3 corrupted files with the same corrupted files, what fixes the issue is the following: Windows key plus R then type in : %LOCALAPPDATA%, hover over the skate folder and delete it, this will only delete your settings and all the cache, but it also deletes the 3 corrupted files, when you launch the game the Folder will be remade there and the game shouldnt crash on launch anymore after that.
