Game is frozen on mission with Izzy

“This must be the place” Reach Izzy’s spot and enjoy the view. My game has been frozen here for 2 days. Screen is black with mission text barely visible in corner. Game got stuck like this while I was climbing the building in gulcrest where the new seasons sky mega ramp is, when the game froze and went black. When I tried to return to marker it moved me back and was stuck. Now I can’t do anything at all. Just a black screen. No audio or anything.
