Game keeps crashing after loading screen on PC

Already posted on general board but I figured it would make more sense here. I got the game on the 16th like most but the game just wont load properly. I have no problem getting to the start screen, pressing A, and then it loads for maybe 5 or 10 minutes then crashes. I've updated all my drivers, validated files, deleted and re downloaded and it still gives me the same thing time after time with no error message. I had some random luck last night and I played for about an hour and a half but after that nothing.
My pc specs are:
Ryzen 5 5600x, Nvidia 3050, 48gb ram, 2tb ssd so I should be able to run it. I checked task manager while it was loading and the disk usage was at 100% so that might be it but I dont know a fix for that.
