I FOUND A FIX!
Go back to the roof and redo the challenge where you have to fly through the bridge and into the water. Once you complete the challenge you will be able to progress. (It just worked for me now and I’ve been stuck for days)
What roof whats the mission called?
In Hedgemont at Hartcore Plaza. It’s a white building with red accents and there are bars on the side that you climb up. Then just do the challenge on the edge of the roof. For some reason there is no marker on the map to guide you.
The M-Corp tower?
I just climbed all the way to the top. Can't see a challenge up there.
Is it a mission challenge, or just like the daily ones?

bro but the mission is nowhere to be found... how do you say you did it to do it again? I have gone and surrounded the area and there is no way to repeat the challenge again... they said they fixed it in the previous version but it is still present. It didn't FIX for me.
