Poor performance

This is on pc 

I have a ryzen 5700x 

Rx 7800xt 

32 gb of ram 

No beating around the bush with this one.   I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with how the game runs on my system.   There should be 0 issues running this game. But after leaving the tutorial island I experienced some of the worst lag spikes and frame drops.   The frame dropping is borderline unplayable.   Not being able to hit a consistent 30 fps even.  Makes doing any sort of progression hard and frustrating as nothing is fluid and very hop and skippy.  I would like interate this is not a pc issue.  Every other game runs fine.  From GTA 5, Siege, Rust, BF 6, Schedule 1 another early acees game with 1 developer. ALL THESE GAMES BUT CANT RUN SKATE.  Fix it.
