Replay editor not exporting to console (ps5)

I and several others have seemingly encounted a bug where the replay editor is no longer exporting to the device as it says it does, ive had to manually record over clips to have saved to my system. 

This was working fine till the week before the update rolled out and now its not working at all. Please can this be addressed as I filled a big report out about this already
