So many bugs, glitches and technical errors

Basically I have not been able to get past the first drop in without some sort of game issue, first off the game has a loading time of ten years even on an NVME drive, secondly the game bugs out when I first load in with weird white screen texture then a blue one, when come I climb the wall which triggers the skate board cutscene the game freezes completely and then says I lost connection, if I doesn’t I get to the mega ramp and as I drop in the game fully crashes saying I don’t have enough memory which is nonsense because with the game running I am only using 40% of my total memory. I have tried numerous times to delete temp files, caches and even re installed the game but nothing works.
