Softlock MEGA THREAD

we've seen a lot of reports on getting softlocked in various points - the Isle of Grom Tutorial, various Missions and/or Challenges. 

the Full Circle team are working to indentify the cause of the issues and get a fix out as soon as possible, but we need some info. 


please reply to this thread if you're softlocked (can't complete a Mission, Challenge, or the tutorial) with the following info:


Platform
What MIssion/Challenge? 
If Mission, what step in the Mission? 
Username you're playing with (Gamertag, PSN ID, or EA ID - no emails.  We'll assume it's the account you're posting with as well.)

    PC

    Stuck on the tutorial island, cannot progress into the city.  Did the main tutorial but not into the main city one.

    I play on Xbox. It won't let me get pass the session marker part. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting my console and nothing has worked. Gamertag is IceNineKills#746 on Xbox.

    Hi Braddock I have an issue on the end of Bronski skatepark mission with the talk of Izzy ! It’s blocked and I can’t go further. I do a restart and reinstall but nothing work. My Xbox ID is leaderlords

    When completing the challenge to get across the rail, which has a floor of lava, it softlocks, requiring a full game restart.

    implaying on pc (steam) 
    I am trying to complete tour 1 but im stuck on step 5/5 where it says "Listen to Vee" but nothing is happening.

    PC : Steam / EA player

    - Stuck into Tour 3 : Express Yourself.

    Everything else works perfectly fine; Works fine because I've been an skate insider which made me able to play before the official release so any mission works perfectly fine.

    However, I've observed that my progression did stop at the same time as everyone else who first started playing, which is at the same time that the player count spiked.

    It did stop at a mission (Session Challenge : Chaos Modding).

    Experiencing a softlock right now. Mission: it was a daily mission in Market Mile in the rolling waves skatepark. It soft locks me during the replay after I complete the challenge and does not give me the option to skip.

    On the Skater Eyes Tour Part when you're meant to follow the AR Path to Tri-Towers, I've completed both of the challenges but when I walk into the purple circle the game wont progress any further.
