Weekly challenges compensation

Hello EA, I’m coming on here to say it’s officially been a whole week of weekly challenges not working. I don’t know what we’re gonna do about this since it cost so much to even complete the battle pass. It costs 2600 tix for 75 San van bucks thats insane it’s basically Turing $10 into 0.75 cents it’s wild, and for the people like my idiotic self to buy the skate pass most likely won’t be able to complete it due to the lack of tix that’s obtainable. I would love to see some immediate change since this has already been going on for a week. Let’s fix this billion dollar corporation game fast since it’s not leading up to the community and what skates standards should even be!

    I truly hope they do some kind of compensation for the Weekly challenges since we paid for the premium pass but I highly doubt they will do anything. 

    I would love to be proven wrong but i think we will just get new weekly tasks tomorrow and if they track, they will probably just move on.

    I finally found a way to connect to someone at EA on chat and from what they would actually say it’s not looking good for any sort of reimbursement. Mostly the agent blamed me and all the other players for not giving them enough patience while they try to find a solution for this. 

  • Fully agree with a compensation, after days and weeks of this issue it is absurd. 1000 SVB compensation at LEAST.

    Just passing this on but they did at least communicate that they are working on this in the discord when others brought this up today (10/20/2025).

    No mention of compensation implies this will be fixed and swept under the rug. They could take their sweet time if we weren’t losing out on rewards day after day with no expectation for any reimbursement. 

  • Would be nice if they could compensate us all some san van bucks, but that's a reach lol

    Putting out Daily, Weekly, Seasonal, and Event Tasks that require challenge completions, and not having the ability to complete those challenges to earn the necessary credits to obtain the desired "rewards" due to the game malfunctioning I highly highly doubt will in any way be "reimbursed" to the player base that has spent time on these. The unfortunate reality is you might as well not waste your time and quit playing until it's fixed if these things are what's important to you in the game because it's just going to be time wasted and you're not going to get anything back. 

    The worst part is that people paid money for the opportunity to earn additional rewards, and are essentially being robbed with EA taking their money and not holding their end of the bargain, which in the end could be interpreted as theft if the funds aren't refunded.

    Do I believe the player base should be "reimbursed" for time lost attempting to play the game as intended to earn rewards and being denied that through glitches/bugs? Absolutely. But don't hold your breath.
