I got all the requirements for the Grand Inquisitor Legendary event and had been through this level (unsuccessfully) many times, but today when I clicked on Battle, it simply does nothing.

Boot the game
Select a random journey and tap on "Begin Journey"
Go back and select the journey you had issues with.
The "Battle" button should work now
