Bought Bad Batch lsb, was charged but no characters.

I bought both of the rebel lsbs and those went through fine. i went to buy the bb one and it went through and charged me, in the section showing orders it shows completed. the bad batch characters aren’t showing up in game. i have tried the “restore purchases” button and opening a ticket through the help section and neither have yielded anything so far. if need be i can show info from the order showing completed.CG_Meathead

    I'm actually having this exact same issue. I found it frustrating that there is no direct support line for purchases like this. I made mine through the Webstore and did exactly the same thing. Bought the bb bundle and the 2 rogue one bundles. No issues with the rogue one bundles but I got charged for the bb ls bundle and still have not recieved the characters. My purchase was made on the 20th. I hope this can get resolved for both of us

    I actually just finally decided to make a new bug post about it as well. Been seeing more posts about this issue so far.
