I think the images below are self explanatory, but please - respond if you need more detail. Having to scrap potentially full-leveled DCs, to claim unleveled DCs, is BS.

Super annoying.
I am very tempted to just accept losing two full DCs to get rid of this super annoying Inbox popup.
If you wanted to reward us - this is not the way.
