Commander Luke Skywalker Heroes journey battle is locked

I own all the required at relic 7 (as seen in the 2 photos commander luke photos)  but the battle is still locked. Iprimarily play on ios but i also tried to load it on pc but it is locked on both. Other journies work fine (as shown in the mandalorian photo) and are playable. Its just a problem with the commander luke journey. I even have the quest that says to unlock commander luke (as seen in quests photo). I'm a new player currently level 49 if that helps; however the journey doesn't say it has a level requirement like some of the others.
