Conquest Battles not counting towards Bounty Hunter character quest for Zeb

To work on the final character quest for Zeb, I selected the datacron material node at the end of Sector 4 in Conquest. After completing the battle, the quest should have been at 7/10 because two bounty hunters had Bounty Hunter's Resolve and revived.  However the attached screenshot shows that this did not progress the quest towards completion. I tried restarting the game to ensure that there was no outstanding communication with the server.
