hello, i lost several conquest battles again and again for I dont even know how many times, it just freezes and countdown to nothing and doesnt do anything. I have videos recorded of multiple battles where this happened, i am doing my best to get my conquest rewards and the game is really making it very hard by not functioning properly, I HAVE SPENT a BIT of money on this game, but this infuriates me that as a paying customer i am loosing my paid for energy and time with this. Can you please grant me some energy back or rewards from conquest for this? Thank you

Also I did try to raise this on the https://ea-production.helpshift.com/
but was told by the chatbot that a ticket will be raised, but nothing happened for like a week.
