Your self-described hotfix to the game appears to have been undone. Tier 7 Dryax or steroid Loth Cat, Bear, Pig things 4 days ago an Era Level 65 ISB team was able to do 83% damage and make progress. Today, an Era Level 75 ISB Team can't make 38%. Era Level 70 Rebel Team can't get above 10%.
Maybe for the era of Grogu to lessen expectations and make it more "FUN", just put a platoon grid like in ROTE and we can just fill it with era toons and collect the rewards without having to spend time wasted fighting already stale old bosses over and over every week.
