EA Help can't keep track of support ticket

How that possible....

I was reporting a issue, after a lots of exchanges with more than 48H delay between each response,  lasting for 2 weeks, now that..., the whole history cleaned up .....

Tried using the main support website and they told me to open a ticket using the ingame help leading to this useless chat bot.

You can't login to open a ticket.
They have no information about you or your account.
+48H wait for each interaction.

EA support is a scam.

  • The quality of support ranges from appalling to good. Problem is the good people ask the right questions and then never come back so that I have spoken to lots of people in chat who did not have a clue and gotten precisely nowhere. Is very frustrating, has taken me a lot of time and they ignore all my request for a fix and compensation. 

    Am sorry that it happened to you too hope it gets sorted out

    You ask politely and being patient lead to nothing.
    You are complaining, you get ignored.
    You are being angry with them and start to curse them, to get banned.

    EA is a **bleep**ing company, go burn in hell all EA

    Where should I ask for a refund for the store in game stutter and poor performance ?

    If I try with EA Help, there is no way to contact a real person, only an AI that just acknowledge the issue.

    They keep asking for my ally code (provided), email (provided) and purchase date (provided) but each time the answer this.


    I already asked here but never got an answer
