Hunter (Mercenary) doesn't apply marked debuff (that shoild be not resistable or evaded) in Order66 raid

Having the same problem with Hunter and Batcher.
As per every other report, this is not a bug. read Lord Vader's lead - whenever an Empire ally is Marked, dispel it and they gain stealth for 1 turn.
In either case, I think the marked icon should be being shown above the targeted enemies head, and then it showing being dispelled. The other strange thing about it is one of my guild members did report that his BB are applying marked in the raid.
