Lost access to my LSB

I purchased the GAS Lightspeed Bundle (Jedi Diplomat Deal on Paypal) at the 19.09.25. 

Due to connections problems between my mobile and pc client i had to start a new account. I dont have access to my purchased LSB anymore and would kindly ask for a restoration of my purchase on my active account. 

I can provide Transactioncodes and Invoice Numbers from Paypal of the purchase I made if needed.

    I had to delete the account which had the LSB unlocked and restarted with a new account. 
    185-599-273 is the active account i use right now. 

    I would like to ask if it is possible to activate the LSB on this account, because i bought it and cant access it anymore.
