Missing Mk7 Rewards from Rotta

They called this “fixed” but it’s not. I spent $120 over the course of this era to get Rotta and the rest to 5 stars relic levels. Just like the system worked in the first era. Apparently the change is intentional, as Gunner just said it IS fixed. They knew 3 months ago that they were screwing over the playerbase, and they said nothing. Well I hope the measly $120 was worth it, you guys aren’t getting a dime or a second out of me again. Genuine scam artists

Even then they placed a purchase limit on the era core bundles (it doesn't show in the shop, they just suddenly disappear after you purchase a certain amount), so you quite literally cannot even whale to take more than two characters to era level 135. They've screwed everyone over, F2Ps and whales

EDIT: Apparently there is a visible purchase limit, but it only appears in-game, not in the web store like most items that have a purchase limit.

I purchased the Episode Pass+ during this era specifically to get these characters past the G12 hump, not having purchased it before. I'm sure you have the capability of verifying that. If this is truly CG's response, I will never buy it again. There would be no reason to: five stars alone is not sufficient incentive, and you would be proving that CG can't be trusted to set expectations. Think carefully about whether you want a short-term lower payoff, or longer-term game health and higher payoffs.

I think MkVIII are only for purchase and it might the the change for this Era, forward.

EA_Gunner​ I’ve spent 15,000+ crystals getting these characters in this round to 5 stars, and this will be the first round in the ERA system I will have no g13 characters at the end. Why should I continue to make that investment moving forward when I can use those crystals on rest of game impacting characters? Anyone not getting to 6 or 7 stars are now better off just interacting with coliseum at the minimum level and focus their crystals elsewhere, since you’ve published anyone should be able to get to g12 just with interaction alone?!? What a terrible way to operate this new flashy system your team is constantly bragging about. Penalize those who don’t spend a ton of real money or get lucky enough to 6 or 7 star their marquee characters

EA_Gunner​ that is speaking to mats to get characters to 105. That does not address the mats that were removed that would allow users who got to 5 Star to level characters to 115. The entirety of the ERA system you were able to get these mats from 5* journey character. Rotta started with those mats. And now with the latest marquee introduced, we know now the only way to get those mats is to get the character to 6 or 7 stars and / or spend lots of money. The lack of communication on fundamentally changing where characters would get level up mats is unacceptable, especially when Rotta first started with the mats that were expected to get marquee characters to 115
