Mod tier 3 is missing

What's your ally code?

There is no tier 3 of mod battles. Tier 1 is like the old 1-8 condensed, and tier 2 is the old tier 9. 

I would have expected this question a couple of weeks ago, but maybe OP isnt a daily player

Speed mods are available on the Mod table, node 1-H.

There is no speed on tier 9/2. That's upgrade materials. The only speed mod node now is 1-H. I would have thought this was opened on beating 1-G. Are you getting some error message saying it's connected to light side stage 3?
