Never unlocked Rogue One due to the bug

Hello,

This has been extremely frustrating.

We have had this new event with the new ship. I have engaged in the battle on the first day of the release. Right when I won the battle the game appeared to have crashed and displayed me a message: "The game will have to restart now".

What happened tho, was that I did not get any of the battle rewards. The game however assumed that the reward had already been given and stopped offering the ship shards.

I could neither unlock the ship nor play the second stage of the event after that.

I have reached out to the in-game support on my iphone on the very first day, but the guys have not been very helpful and only recommended I restart the device.

It was incredibly frustrating to have lived through SEVEN days of the event, unable to participate, while the support on the other side was like: "it looks good on our end, maybe restart the device". 

Please, fix this, and give me my ship,
