Same here. I can't win any battle any more due to time out in Arena, Fleet arena or GAC.
It's the same both with my phone and my tablet. The PC client seems fine though, but this is a mobile game and I can't rely on my PC to play the game when and where I want.
If I can't do my battles anymore, I'm juste gonna quit playing...
