After trying to log into the webstore, he writes "try again later." I go through the mail to the website. The Verification Code For EA arrives in the mail. I enter it on the webstore, but instead of logging in, I get a message saying "try again later"

Please clear your browser cache and try logging in again. Alternatively, open the webstore tab in an incognito card.

The game writes that my account is tied to the mail and cannot be untied. I logging to the ea website and the forum with the same mail. But I can't logging webstore with this mail. What should I do?
The mobile version of the game writes that my account is linked to email and cannot be untied. But when I try to logging the pc version of the game, I am told that it is not tied and I cannot play from the pc, because I must first bind an account in the mobile version of the game.
