What the hell CG!! What did you do with the Datacrons?

I spent a ton of calibration and farmed datacrons for droids. But I still haven't gotten a datacron for Huyang!! What did you do with the effect drop chance? Why the hell did you do that? What's the...

    I pumped 5 cubes into droids. Made 5 or 6 calibrations. And I still haven't gotten the one I needed. I'm sure the drop rate was intentionally nerfed.
