RNG--I rolled Huyang twice on like 3-4 R9s of the set (I rerolled the second one to something else as my Huyang is only like gear 1 anyway).
Sorry you're having bad luck, but there's no conspiracy here.
RNJ was never this tough before. I could almost always get the cubes I needed for for less expense. But now they've clearly changed something, greatly reducing the chances of certain effects dropping.
I've already tried to explain to people like you that you shouldn't come and downplay the problem if everything is going well for you and you've hit the jackpot. A significant part of my guild has suffered this misfortune. And that will clearly cause big problems on TW for us.
And I've tried to explain to people like you how random chance works before. It's possible to have streaks of very bad luck.
Of my GAC opponents for last season, one had no datacrons for some reason, and of the remaining 8, 6 had a Huyang cron. Clearly it is dropping for people. There don't seem to be any other posts saying that Huyang in particular isn't being rolled. You simply have no evidence there's a change to the code to specifically affect this one roll on one set more than any other sets.
Does measuring in "feels" count?
I don't need to dig through the game files for this. I take my entire guild and make a simple poll. And 50 people in my guild vote. There are other people who dig into this. I just simplify everything and make a guild-wide poll. And this isn't my specific bad luck. It's the bad luck of a significant part of my guild. So significant that it will definitely affect TW. Is this really so hard for you to understand? Stop treating this problem like something insignificant. It doesn't concern you, you got lucky, okay, I'm happy for you, but it's not polite to act like that. One day you'll write a post about some serious problem of yours that needs to be addressed. And they'll tell you the same thing: you're just unlucky, dude, that there are problems more important than your misfortune.
