[AA] Assets with lighting objects do not have light function

Woodland Lodge Shelves and Journals of the Gibbi Point Expeditioner have lamps on them, indicating that they should have lighting function, but do not light. I'd expect them to function Off The Grid, given previous items in other packs. It would be great if they did, especially the shelves as you have to use a slot on the shelves for a light, which looks odd. Screenshot below for reference.
