[AA] Can't 'Play for New Collectible' with Buddy (few incomplete collections)

checked my game and it's working for me.

What symptoms are you seeing ? Is the option not there ?  Do you not get the item after winning ?

Did you just disable the mods or move them out physically and delete the cache files ?

It's still not working after clearing out cache files, and removing the mods from The Sims 4 folder.

I can select the option "Play for Collectible against Buddy".

My sim does an animation like when you select "Trade for a Collectible" - she brings her hands together, opens them, up and then together again. Then the interaction just disappears from the queue. (They don't play rock paper scissors like they're supposed to).

Can you test another Sim ?

To be sure, you do get the popup to select a collectible you want ?

The pop-up to select a collectible doesn't show up at all. I also tried repairing my game, but no luck :( 

However, when I tried a completely different Sim household (in the same save file), I was able to successfully do this interaction. Are there ways to troubleshoot/fix the specific household that's having issues?

If so, upload it somewhere like dropbox, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link. Let me know which household has the issue.

So I tested this save and want to share my results.

It seems to be connected to the household and not the Sim. That particular household only has very few items missing. 

The three that are not full are the Batuu one (could be special), Omiscan Artifacts (possible bug) and the event which isn't over.
