I've been trying to send my sims on a getaway and after I plan everything and set the rules and click okay, the game crashes. I have no mods and have cleared the cache.
Please help thank you
Could you please provide the following information
- Did you never have mods/cc or remove them ?
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)I removed all mods a few expansions ago, I put on freebuild and now I can't remove it and I cant send my sims on a getaway.

I don't know where to find the DXDiag, and weirdly there is no lastcrash.txt folders... But I also have all of my sims saved to an external hard drive
seems something went wrong with the instructions :D
Try this.
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
I am having the exact same issue. No mods or CC. I am on PC. First getaway I have tried and get even get to the lot. Super frustrating and disappointing. Any tips or tricks would be wonderful.
