I am having the same issue. I am on PC. No mods or CC. I can plan the getaway, click to confirm to start the getaway, and then it crashes to desktop.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post
