[AA] [GF] Sim receives false 'cheating' reputation text despite no partner

Issue Description:
A Sim participating in a Romantic Getaway competition, with the "No Jealousy" getaway rule active, receives a reputation text message (from the Get Famous pack) accusing them of cheating on a romantic partner. This message appears even though the Sim has no romantic partner in their relationship panel. The text message contradicts the active gameplay rules and the Sim's actual relationship status.

Expected Behavior:
The reputation text message about "cheating" should only be triggered when:

  1. The Sim is in a committed romantic relationship (partner, fiancé, spouse), AND
  2. They have engaged in romantic interactions with another Sim.

With the "No Jealousy" rule active, romantic interactions should not trigger jealousy-related consequences, including reputation texts about cheating . The text should not appear at all if the Sim has no romantic partner.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have a Sim with no romantic partner (check the Relationships panel to confirm).
  2. Start a Romantic Getaway competition (from Adventure Awaits).
  3. Activate the "No Jealousy" rule for the getaway.
  4. Have the Sim engage in romantic interactions with other Sims during the competition.
  5. Observe the text messages received by the Sim.

Actual Result:

  • The Sim receives a text message from the reputation system about "cheating" on a partner.
  • This occurs despite the Sim having no romantic partner.
  • The "No Jealousy" rule does not prevent the message from appearing.
  • The message appears even if the Sim has never been in a romantic relationship.

Additional Notes:

  • The Get Famous reputation system sends text messages and notifications about a Sim's public image based on their actions .
  • The "Romantic Boundaries" system allows players to define "jealousy levels" for Sims, but the "No Jealousy" rule in getaways may not fully override the game's base reputation checks .
  • There are known issues with the "No Jealousy" lifetime reward and "Above Reproach" traits not fully preventing jealousy-related consequences .
  • The game's romantic reputation system tracks Romantic Interests (RIs), and even without an official "partner" status, having multiple RIs can be treated as cheating .
  • This may be triggered by the game incorrectly flagging flirtatious interactions or romantic socials as "cheating," even when the Sim is single, similar to reported issues where the "Loyal" trait causes false cheating accusations from simple interactions .
  • The "No Jealousy" rule should, by its description, prevent drama related to romantic activities, but it may not suppress the game's underlying reputation messaging system .

Impact:
Moderate. This bug undermines the intended experience of the Romantic Getaway competition and creates a confusing contradiction. Players following the intended gameplay—engaging in romance to win the competition—are penalized with reputation warnings they should not receive. This is especially frustrating for players who carefully set up the rules to enable polyamorous or non-monogamous gameplay without penalties . The false accusations break immersion and may cause unnecessary relationship damage if the Sim later pursues a serious partner.
