You say this only happens on getaways. Did you define any role outfits ? Also to be sure, are these more than one everyday outfit or other categories ? Did you use copy or change the hair at any point ? I assume the highlighted ones are the ones that are wrong ?
I defined that sims can wear their everyday outfits during that time and yes there are more than one everyday outfit. I didn't use copy or change the hair. As you can see from the pictures, when I change the outfit for the sim, for example from 1st outfit to 2nd everyday outfit, the 2nd outfit turns the same as the 1st and you can see two of the same outfits in the panel even though in cas the 2nd one is a different outfit. Then I would change the outfit to the 3rd one and the sims changes into that and when I try to change it to the 4th one, the 4th one is exactly as the third and on the panel you can see two exact outfits but the 4th one in reality is not that outfit, I picked a different one in cas.

thanks for clarifying. Tried to adjust the title a bit but if you feel that doesn't capture the issue, please do adjust it some more. Just make sure it's describes the issue as good as possible as there are several outfit issues.
